Well together we'll taste everything from the most delicious known dishes to the most unusual and local ingredients, served tapas-style, so we can enjoy them as finger foods. As a Gastronomy Graduate with 18 years of experience in restaurants and hospitality (including owning my own restaurant for 8 years) I am truly passionate of local gastronomy and its allure. We'll use my own private car, a comfortable Mitsubishi ASX with air conditioning. My car accommodates 3 travelers besides myself very well. For a fourth person, I should note that it may be slightly uncomfortable depending on their size, as there would be 3 people in the back and 1 in the front, in addition to myself. Travelers who have ridden with 4 people have never complained, but I mention this to avoid any potential issues.
