Overview of your Buenos Aires tour:

Walking through the city offers the incomparable pleasure of opening ourselves to spontaneity and allows us to explore the whole universe in its streets. I will lead you through the interesting streets of the city, discovering buildings, cafes, stories, and the people — the porteños. Walking at your own pace and using public transport (train, bus, metro), you become part of this incredible metropolis, living an authentic experience as a local. I'm a Professor of Social Communication Sciences, a Tour Guide specialized in the City of Buenos Aires and currently studying for a third degree in Museology, but above all I'm an incurable and eclectic reader and collector. I keep exploring this fascinating city on a daily basis, and it gets me extremely happy transmitting my love for Buenos Aires. I can tailor-make the walking tour to fit your particular interests. Walking is a truly enriching experience. We can discover time and space from another perspective, and you observe things differently.

Your Buenos Aires tour itinerary

As there are a wide range of places to visit and the city is quite big, we can visit the main highlights at your own pace and fitting your particular preferences during the tour. • It's always a good idea to start where everything started, the Downtown area, with the Plaza de Mayo, the Casa Rosada (Presidential Palace), the Cabildo (Town Hall), and the Metropolitan Cathedral, all witnesses to local and South American history. • Our next stop can be Caminito, in La Boca, with its colorful houses and street art (we'll use public transportation to get there). • And we can finish at Recoleta, with its traces of a luxurious past, with beautiful palaces and an amazing cemetery considered an open-air art museum. But we have other options, like San Telmo, the old part of town, with its cobbled stone streets and antiques shops; Puerto Madero, the gentrified former port docks are now the most modern part of town; or Palermo, the reinvented neighborhood, nowadays full of design shops, restaurants, and cafes.
