Let's visit Chacchoben! An important archaeological site in the region, enjoy a fascinating experience that connects you with the history and culture of ancient civilizations. Imagine walking among majestic ruins, imposing pyramids, intricate temples, and plazas that were once the heart of a vibrant society. This Mayan city is famous for its jungle pyramids and rich history, as well as its beautiful tropical rainforest. This site is known for the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, testaments to one of the most influential cities in the area. During the visit, you will explore monumental structures and learn about their historical significance. Observe details of pre-Hispanic architecture and art. Feel the energy of the place, often surrounded by lush nature.
Once we ride our vehicle it will take 1hr to get to Chacchoen Site, making a quick stop on the road for you to try some local fruits. Once we get to our final destination we will have about 15 mins to use facilities if needed and then start exploring the site. The ruins will take no longer than 1 hr 30 mins and right after we finish the tour we will have about 20 min to see some crafts and use facilities, to finally getting on the vehicle to drive straight back to port or hotel, which will only take about one hour, unless you require some special stops for pictures. NOTE: If you have a specific request please let me know so I can customize the tour for you. For visitors coming on cruise ships please consider docking and boarding time when selecting the excursion.

As soon as you pass security is where I will meet you, carrying a sign with your name on. Please try not to get entertained inside the pier, I want to make the most of your time.
