This is great opportunity to discover the essence of Castile. In fact it is the most efficient way because we will visit two of the most emblematic towns in central Spain in one day, not having to concern about transportation. I have more than 7 years of experience working in these towns and I never get tired of them. Their ancient backgrounds, the beauty of their monuments makes them well worth seeing. Since they are not far from each other, I thought this could be the best way to visit them, making the most of them with a private and comfortable vehicle as transport. Despite being close they are quite different. The experience will be much more fulfilling exploring and comparing both of them than just visiting one. Avila and Segovia are like a journey in time and their strategic enclave makes them unique. Both of them have been declared world heritage site by UNESCO. Some highlights of the experience are: -Segovia's Roman Aqueduct. -Segovia's Castle. -Avila's Walls
- Meeting point: Hotel, Airport or another place you prefer in Madrid. - 1 hour ride to Avila - Arrival at Avila. - We will stop first at a viewpont in Avila outskirts (photo stop). -Followed by a walking tour -Walk on the walls. - Ride to Segovia 45 minutes - Arrival at Segovia. -Followed by some time for lunch. - After lunch break, we will proceed to do a walking tour. -Visit of the Castle-Fortress, -We will wrap up the experience going to another fantastic viewpoint located at the outskirts of Segovia.
